Ingredients:
1 cup light corn syrup
1 cup dark brown sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1/3 cup melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup pecan halves
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine corn syrup, brown sugar, eggs, butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well.
Stir in pecan halves.
Pour filling into the unbaked pie shell.
Bake in the preheated oven for 60-70 minutes, or until the filling is set and the pie is golden brown.
Allow to cool for at least 2 hours before serving.
