Pina Colada Sangria 


Ingredients:

  • 1 bottle white wine (750 ml), preferably a dry variety like Sauvignon Blanc
  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 1 cup coconut rum
  • 1/2 cup club soda
  • 2 cups diced pineapple
  • 1 cup diced mango
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut, toasted
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Directions:

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the white wine, pineapple juice, and coconut rum. Stir well to mix.
  2. Add the diced pineapple and mango to the pitcher. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
  3. Just before serving, stir in the club soda for a refreshing fizz.
  4. Serve in glasses garnished with toasted shredded coconut and fresh mint leaves.
